STEP 1: Open your iPhone’s Settings.
STEP 2: Scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars, tap on it.
STEP 3: Tap on the Signature option.
STEP 4: Once you open Signature you may see by default there is written Sent from my iPhone. Tap over the text and edit it.
Here you can customize your signature text according to your profile, your company. You must follow some below tips to have a good signature.
- The signature must be of 3-4 lines.
- Start with your name and then your designation.
- After this add your company name and contact number.
