Step 1: In your browser and open Gmail, and sign in with your Gmail account.
Step 2: Go to the icon showing your current profile picture on the top right of your screen, or if you do not have any profile picture, then the icon displays the first alphabet of your Gmail account name.
Step 3: Click on the picture over there written as change. See the above screenshot marked as 2.
Step 4: The page will open where you must drag the picture you want to set as a profile picture or upload it manually by selecting a photo from a computer.
Step 5: After successful uploading, you can resize or rotate it left or right. And after this, click on set as a profile photo.
